parts of the plant, causing increased branching and reduced seed

This insect causes dramatic decline of yellow toadflax seed production
(80-90%) . The weevil is already widely distributed. Check to be
sure you don't already have it.

on new shoots and leaves. Not well adapted to cold, high elevation
areas.
